We are seeking an AI Sales Enablement Specialist to develop comprehensive programs for upskilling and reskilling the sales organization, preparing them for the profound impact AI will have on the sales process and fostering a culture of continuous learning. As a subject matter expert in the building and vetting of new AI tools and associated platforms for the sales team, you will ensure solutions meet functional requirements and drive a clear return on investment (ROI).
Requirements
- 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Talent & Development, Operations, or Digital Transformation experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a comparable field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in driving change management and successful adoption of new technologies.
- Practical experience using and enabling others on AI/ML concepts, tools, and platforms in a professional sales context.
