Senior Salesforce Administrator

Join us at Seeq as we elevate revenue operations with a pivotal Senior Salesforce Administrator position, reporting directly to our VP, of Revenue Operations. Are you prepared to lead strategic alignment across all revenue-centric functions, spanning from marketing to customer success, to provide growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction?

As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a vital role in establishing a cohesive Salesforce instance across Marketing, Sales, and customer success. Imagine yourself architecting an integrated ecosystem and a suite of tools that serve as our company's definitive information repository. We're in search of a collaborative operator, a CRM visionary who excels at partnering with revenue teams to identify improvements, communicate process refinements, and foster ongoing enhancements.

The essential functions include, but not limited to the following:

• Provide administration of the Salesforce environment; responsibilities include:
• Customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, permission sets, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflows, validation rules, alerts, dashboards, reports, etc.
• Supports sales team with an eye for optimization and automation.
• Provide real-time support for issues relating to Salesforce.
• Continuously improve data integrity by executing data improvement projects and on-going data clean-up.
• Development of data governance for Salesforce
• Development of training material related to Salesforce usage based on role to aid in user adoption and adherence to processes.
• Conduct Salesforce training for new hires.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to deliver actionable data to sales management and executive leadership.

Requirements

• Must hold a bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of experience administering Salesforce, in a SaaS business.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator
• Prior experience implementing Salesforce CPQ is a must.
• Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills
• Knowledge of Gainsight and Gong is desirable.
