Senior Partner Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to drive the successful integration of partners onto our Remote platform. The ideal candidate will combine deep API and integration expertise with strong consultative skills to design and deliver high-value solutions that accelerate partner-driven revenue and expand our ecosystem.

Requirements

• Understanding of API architectures, including the ability to evaluate and design integrations using REST and SOAP based on business and technical requirements.
• Expertise in real time communication patterns, with the ability to determine when to use Webhooks versus WebSockets for scalable partner integrations.
• Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization frameworks, including OAuth 2.0 grant types (Authorization Code, PKCE, Client Credentials, etc.) and best practices for secure API access.
• Proven ability in rapid prototyping, technical troubleshooting, and leading complex integration projects from discovery to launch.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating high-quality technical documentation, training materials, and enablement resources.
• Proficiency with modern sales and development tools, including Salesforce and generative AI platforms for accelerating content creation, code review, and analysis.
• Writes and speaks fluent English
