Job Description Summary:

Red Hat コンサルティングチームでは、RHEL と関連の Platform 全般 (RHEL、OpenShift および Ansible) を担当するOpenShiftコンサルタント (勤務地：東京) を募集しています。このポジションでは、ITおよびソフトウェアエンジニアリングチームと協力して、RedHatのプラットフォーム関連製品の導入と関連するオペレーションの最適化を支援するオンサイトのデリバリーチームの一員として業務に従事します。顧客に自由度、柔軟性、選択肢、および優れたパフォーマンスを届ける役割になります。コンサルタントとして顧客サイトを訪問し、顧客のIT、クラウド、およびビジネスニーズ全体を理解して、デプロイ戦略、統合ポイント、および最適化に関する提案を作成します。

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• RHEL、Red Hat OpenShift、および Ansible といった Red Hat のオープンハイブリッドクラウドソリューション関連のプラットフォーム製品の導入 (設計、構築、保守運用) の支援業務

• プロジェクトおよびクライアントチームのメンバーと協力して締め切りと目標を達成すること。

• 品質保証およびチケット/バグ管理を含むプロジェクトのドキュメントと図表作成への貢献。

• クライアントへの助言および知識の共有。

• 顧客のクラウドおよびシステムインフラストラクチャーソリューションの自動化と統合を開発および実装。

• 自動化技術と DevOps プロセスの採用を定義および促進し、クラウドのライフサイクルを改善すること。

• これにはインフラストラクチャーとアプリケーションのアッ-プタイム、アベイラビリティー、および製品化までの時間が含まれます。

• クラウド技術、設計原理、統合ポイント、および自動化メソッドを使用したソリューションの設計と推進。

Required Skills:

• 5 年以上のテクノロジー分野での経験。例: コンサルティング、オペレーション、ヘルプデスクまたはサービスデスク、開発、関連のインターンシップもしくはクラス。

• 3 年以上の Linux の経験。Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) または派生製品であれば尚可。

• クラウドインフラストラクチャーの設計および運営の経験。

• DevOps または Agile プロセスの実地経験。

• オペレーティングシステムアーキテクチャーと、KVM などの仮想化の経験。

• Docker などのコンテナー実装、Kubernetesなどのコンテナーオーケストレーション実装を含むPaaSの知識と経験。

• Ansible Playbook 開発の経験。

• Amazon Web Services や Microsoft Windows Azure などのパブリッククラウドテクノロジーおよびプロバイダーを使用した経験。

• データストレージ、ネットワーク、モニタリング、およびセキュリティーを含めたシステムインフラストラクチャーおよびクラウドソリューションの実装経験。

• Bash および同様のコマンドラインツールでの作業経験。

• 口頭および書面での優れたコミュニケーションスキルとプレゼンテーションスキル（日本語と英語の両方）。

• 分散したチームとの作業ができること。これには、Eメールやチャットを使用したオープンソースのコミュニティーとのやり取りが含まれます。

• 品質保証のポジションの経験。チケットシステムやバグ追跡ツールの経験があれば尚可。

• 独自に調査し、短期間で学習でき、新しいアイデアを実践する能力。
