Associate Account Solution Architectは、経験豊富なシニアメンバーと連携しながら、お客様の課題理解や社内外との調整、提案などを担い、プリセールスエンジニアとしての基礎を身につけていくポジションです。

業務の中では、クラウド、コンテナ、ミドルウェア、OS、アジャイル、DevOps、AIなど幅広い技術領域に触れることができ、将来的にお客様のIT戦略を技術面からリードできるソリューションアーキテクトへの成長を期待しています。

What you will do:

• 担当する業界やお客様の状況を理解し、提案活動を行う

• 先輩アーキテクトと協力しながら、課題整理・要件把握・提案資料の作成などを行う

• Red Hat製品を活用したシステム構成の調査や事例収集を通じて、提案活動に貢献する

• 製品デモやPOCの準備・実施に関与し、Red Hat製品の技術理解を深める

• 社内の技術・営業チームと連携しながら、提案や案件活動をサポートする

• ワークショップやディスカバリーセッションの企画・実施を先輩とともに経験する

• お客様との対話を通じて、現場感覚を持ったプリセールススキルを身につける​

What you will bring:

• IT業界やコンサルティングファームでの勤務経験（目安：2～5年）またはSI/エンドユーザー企業でのシステム開発・運用経験

• 顧客や社内関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションできる力

• エンタープライズソリューションおよびアーキテクチャーの知識を有すること（例:クラウド、仮想化、コンテナ、ストレージ、RDBMS、Oracle や SAP などの ERP、ミドルウェア、クラスタリング、高可用性、AI）

• 新しい技術・業務知識を積極的にキャッチアップし、自ら調べて試すマインドセット

• お客様のIT運営に対して課題意識を持ち、変化を後押しする意志

• チームの一員として、自らの役割を拡大していく意欲

• IT業界やRed Hatのソリューションへの関心

歓迎する経験・スキル:

• Linuxシステムの管理や運用経験、あるいはJavaやモダンな開発言語を用いたアプリケーション開発の経験

• クラウド（AWS、Azure、GCPなど）や仮想化環境の利用経験

• プリセールス、ITコンサル、プロジェクト推進など顧客対応経験

• アーキテクチャ設計、業務改善提案、ワークショップ実施などに携わった経験

• Red Hat製品（RHEL, OpenShift, Ansibleなど）への関心または触れた経験

• 英語ドキュメントの読解力や、英語による社内コミュニケーションの経験・意欲
