Full Stack Developer

Our client is a fast-growing, founder-led AI software company building a modern social media platform for businesses, creators, and agencies. The product helps users create, schedule, automate, and scale high-quality social content using AI-powered workflows.

This is a strong opportunity for a full stack engineer who wants to build meaningful AI product features, work closely with a technical lead and founder-led product team, and contribute to a growing AI-native platform rather than simply maintain another standard SaaS application.



About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer to help build and scale modern, AI-powered applications where LLMs, automation, agents, and intelligent workflows are core to the product.

You'll work alongside and report to the Lead Full Stack Engineer, contributing across backend, frontend, AI integrations, APIs, and product features. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, moves quickly, writes clean production-ready code, and is comfortable using AI tools to improve development speed and quality.

What You'll Do

• Build full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
• Develop and ship AI-powered product features using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agents, and AI APIs
• Build and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, data flows, and integrations
• Integrate AI APIs and third-party platforms into production systems
• Turn prototypes, product ideas, and technical concepts into production-ready features
• Collaborate with the Lead Full Stack Engineer, founder, product, and design stakeholders on new features
• Support clean architecture, performance, security, scalability, and reliability across the platform
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code across backend and frontend systems
• Use AI-assisted development tools to improve speed, quality, testing, and delivery workflows
• Contribute to technical discussions, implementation decisions, and continuous product improvement

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong backend experience with Python, ideally using Django, FastAPI, Flask, or similar
• Strong frontend experience with TypeScript and React or Angular
• Experience building APIs, backend services, and modern web applications
• Experience working with databases across SQL and/or NoSQL systems
• Exposure to or experience shipping AI-enabled features into real applications
• Comfortable working in fast-paced product environments with changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn ideas into working software
• Product mindset and ability to balance speed, quality, scalability, and user impact
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a lead engineer and broader product team

AI Experience

• Experience integrating AI APIs into real applications
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, agents, or similar AI application patterns
• Comfortable using AI development tools to improve speed, code quality, testing, and delivery workflows
• Awareness of common AI limitations and risks, including hallucinations, latency, cost, accuracy, data privacy, and reliability
• Ability to help build practical AI-powered product features that create real user value

Nice to Have

• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience building scalable SaaS or product-led platforms
• Experience with model tuning, prompt optimization, or open-source AI tools
• Exposure to AI monitoring, evaluation, observability, or analytics tools
• Experience building AI features for marketing, content creation, automation, or social media platforms
