The Role

As an AI Engineer, you'll develop and refine hybrid recall methods that combine advanced search databases with large language models.

Your work will enhance our platform's ability to detect compliance risks in real-time, helping enterprises process thousands of marketing assets daily. We're looking for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI and search technology to solve complex compliance challenges.

We are looking for an experienced mid or senior engineer.



Impact you'll have

• Design and implement hybrid search methods combining search databases and LLMs
• Fine-tune and optimise machine learning models for compliance detection
• Develop and maintain search infrastructure for high-performance query processing
• Benchmark and evaluate system performance to drive continuous improvement
• Work with structured and unstructured data to enhance compliance detection
• Collaborate with the team to implement cutting-edge ML solutions
  

What you'll bring

Must have

• 3+ years of experience in ML or search engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python with clean code practices
• Solid understanding of machine learning models and methods
• Experience in backend development
• Experience building NLP evaluation systems
• Track record of implementing production ML systems
  

Nice to have

• Experience with Large Language Models and RAG architectures
• Data Engineering Experience
• A background building benchmarking systems
• FastAPI framework knowledge
• Experience with database and search technologies (Vespa, OpenSearch)
• Startup or high-growth environment experience
• AWS cloud platform expertise
• Research background in ML or search
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools
