AI Engineer

We are seeking aSenior AI Engineerwith a strong background inNode.jsand hands-on experience integratingAI and LLM-based solutionsinto scalable backend architectures. This is not a traditional data scientist role — we’re looking for an experienced software engineer who understands bothbackend system designand how to leverage modernAI toolssuch asLangGraph,LangChain, andVector Databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement backend services forAI-powered systems and tools

• Build intelligent agents and automation workflows usingLangGraphorLangChain

• Connect and operateVector Databases(e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)

• Lead and maintainNode.js-based backend architectures

• Design and optimizeprompt workflowsfor AI integration

• Integrate external APIs and third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

• Collaborate with frontend developers and product stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of software development experience (Node.js preferred)

• At least 2 years of experience working with AI/LLM applications

• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks

• Solid knowledge of vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines

• Strong background in API design, prompt engineering, and deployment best practices

• Proficiency in both Node.js and Python

• Fluent in Polish and English (C1 level)

Nice to Have

• Experience buildingAI co-pilots, chatbots, orconversational AI tools

• Working knowledge ofReactorNext.jsfor integrating backend and UI

• Familiarity with LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini
