Oracle is seeking a Senior Services Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth within the Customer Success Services (CSS) portfolio. This role involves developing strategic customer relationships, identifying IT challenges, and proposing tailored CSS solutions to address specific customer needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in IT services sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT services sales, including consulting, professional services, support, or cloud solutions sales.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas for complex service offerings.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and Oracle solutions.
- Familiarity with professional services, managed services models, IT outsourcing, and service delivery frameworks.
- Technically savvy, with a strong grasp of technology adoption trends and exposure to enterprise architecture principles.
- Possesses strong consultative selling skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Proficient in developing account plans, building pipeline, and executing services-led sales strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across sales, pre-sales, delivery, and product teams.
- Comfortable managing long and complex sales cycles.
- Global account or key account director experience is a strong advantage.
- Experience in structuring and closing managed services or IT outsourcing deals is a plus.
