What you’ll do
Become a power user of the platform and understand how real traders use it
Own the knowledge base: concepts, feature explainers, “how it works,” and “read-before-you-use” guides
Build simple, structured learning paths that take users from beginner to confident strategy builder
Write clear release notes and in-app help that explain why a feature matters
Turn insights from product, engineering, and trading educators into sharp documentation
Use analytics to decide what to create, refine, or retire
Continuously improve content based on community questions and product updates
In your first 90 days, you might interview trading educators, rebuild the “Getting Started” journey for strategy setup, and ship guides that reduce common support questions.
You Might Be a Good Fit If ⭐
You trade personally (even small scale) or are eager to learn crypto/FX trading properly.
You enjoy explaining margin, leverage, position sizing, and strategy logic.
You write clean, precise English and value accuracy.
You ask smart questions until everything is crystal clear.
You’re data-driven and use analytics to guide content decisions.
You like owning a domain and becoming the source of truth for how a product works.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with fintech, trading, or data-heavy products.
Familiarity with analytics tools.
Basic SQL or similar querying skills.
