Our client is a leading liquidity and technology provider in the crypto and FX industry, delivering advanced SaaS and B2B solutions to brokers, exchanges, hedge funds, and asset managers. The company operates a global legal structure, supporting multiple business lines in IT, SaaS, and financial technology sectors.

Position Summary

We are searching for a Senior Legal Specialist to join the client's international legal team and directly support the Head of SaaS Legal. The role focuses on corporate legal matters, contract drafting, and legal support for SaaS operations. This is not a purely FinTech regulatory role — the emphasis is on corporate structuring, commercial contracts, and supporting SaaS business lines.

The position offers a great opportunity to work closely with the Head of Legal on international legal structuring, contractual frameworks, and operational legal support in a global B2B technology group.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of SaaS Legal on corporate structuring: legal entities, intercompany agreements, corporate governance, and corporate records.

• Draft and review commercial contracts: SaaS agreements, software development agreements, license and service agreements, NDAs, Terms of Use, and other operational agreements.

• Review and adapt templates for client onboarding, commercial negotiations, and SaaS operations.

• Provide legal advice on IP ownership, assignments, licensing, registrations, and protection of software, databases, and proprietary technology.

• Conduct legal research related to corporate structuring, tax optimization (e.g. IP Box regimes), and jurisdiction-specific compliance.

• Collaborate with other departments (finance, compliance, product, IT) on day-to-day legal and contractual matters.

• Maintain and update legal templates, document flows, and contract management processes.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of legal experience with a strong focus on corporate and commercial law, ideally within SaaS, IT, or technology companies.

• Experience working in Law Firms (corporate practice) or in-house legal teams.

• Strong drafting skills: SaaS agreements, software development contracts, licensing, service agreements, and corporate documents.

• Knowledge of corporate structuring, intercompany agreements, IP rights, and international legal frameworks.

• Experience with IP protection (patents, trademarks, software rights) is a plus.

• International exposure or experience working with global clients.

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) — strong ability to clearly express legal positions both verbally and in writing.

• Additional languages (Spanish, Arabic, Chinese) are a plus.

• Master’s Degree in Law (or International Law).

• Experience with CRM or contract management systems (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.

• Strong business-oriented mindset, responsibility, and ability to work independently.
