Our client is an early-stage team building a product for the real estate market.

Their immediate goal is to quickly build and validate a working product — something users can see, use, and give feedback on.

This is a founding, hands-on engineering role.

The team is not looking for an Architect, a Manager, or a specialized AI/ML engineer.

They are looking for a strong product-minded engineer who enjoys building from scratch in conditions of uncertainty.

🚀 What you’ll do

Build a product from 0 → 1 together with the founders

Own features end-to-end: backend, frontend, integrations, basic infrastructure

Make pragmatic technical decisions without a fixed stack or strict requirements

Iterate fast: ship, get feedback, improve

Contribute to product shaping, not just task execution

🧠 What matters most

Strong experience as a Senior Fullstack / Product Engineer

Previous experience building MVPs or early-stage products

Comfort working without a predefined tech stack

Ability to balance speed and quality

Hands-on mindset — this is not a management role

This role is about shipping a real product, not designing perfect architecture upfront.

🧩 Tech & stack

There is no fixed stack yet.

The engineer will help choose tools pragmatically based on product needs.

Typical areas of responsibility:

Backend APIs and business logic

Frontend (React or similar frameworks)

Databases and third-party integrations

Basic cloud setup and deployments

Experience with data-heavy products, analytics, or AI is a nice to have, but not the focus at this stage.
