About Us:
Our client is an IT company operating multiple online dating businesses. Their product operates on a credit-based messaging system, and our client is focused on increasing user lifetime value, retention, and monetization. They already have a dedicated Data Analyst who creates all reporting and dashboards in Tableau — now our client is looking for a Business Analyst who can interpret that data and help act on it.
About the Role:
As our Business Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between data and growth. Your role is to turn Tableau dashboards and data reports into clear, actionable business decisions. You’ll work closely with Product, CRM, and Leadership to find revenue leaks, uncover user behavior patterns, and prioritize high-impact initiatives that directly move the needle.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze user funnels, churn patterns, credit purchasing behavior, and cohort LTV using Tableau dashboards.
- Identify the top revenue opportunities and provide actionable insights with estimated ROI impact.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and prioritize features that improve retention and monetization.
- Work with the CRM Specialist to uncover campaign opportunities based on user behavior and lifecycle triggers.
- Help design and analyze A/B tests (pricing, upsells, onboarding flows, etc.).
- Build business cases and revenue forecasts for new product or campaign initiatives.
- Track business health through weekly and monthly performance metrics — always looking ahead.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Growth Analyst in a digital product, SaaS, freemium, gaming, or dating platform.
- Strong experience using Tableau — not necessarily building dashboards, but confident in exploring and interpreting complex datasets.
- Proven ability to link user behavior and product performance to actual revenue outcomes.
- Excellent command of metrics like retention curves, LTV, CAC, ARPU, and cohort analysis.
- Ability to synthesize data and clearly communicate both insights and recommendations.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, CRM, and tech teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Results-focused: you propose growth ideas, not just reports.
