The ideal candidate will transform functional emails into motivating milestones, turn standard webinars into must-attend community events, and ensure coaching materials are sharp and compelling. This role is responsible for auditing and overhauling learner communication flow, owning the calendar for learner events, and collaborating with subject matter experts to refine coaching materials.
