Job Title: Social Media and Creative Content Specialist

Location: Remote (Permanent Work From Home)

Work Shift: 10 hrs per week

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Social Media and Creative Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging social media posts and ads tailored for our salon suite locations across various platforms as well as the company itself.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative social media posts and ads that highlight the luxury and amenities of our salon suites.
• Customize content for each specific location (approximately 33-34 locations) to drive engagement and interest.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand promotional offers and integrate them into the creative content.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, brand style, and effectively promotes the unique selling points of our salon suites.
• Utilize provided imagery and stock photos effectively to enhance content quality.
• Manage the social media calendar to deliver three posts per week, with one post per location and two generic posts.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms as needed.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to optimize content performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating engaging social media content and ads, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create compelling and concise copy.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics to track performance metrics.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research for backend optimization is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
