Position: Market Research Analyst (Social Media Emphasis)

Responsibilities:
1. Content Aggregation and Analysis:
- Aggregate the best marketing campaigns across various industries, focusing on channel-specific content.
- Identify high-performing tweets, LinkedIn posts, articles, and other media that are gaining significant interactions or going viral.
- Monitor major articles and posts on platforms such as LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Meta Ad Library, and other relevant channels.
2. Trend Identification:
- Search for and identify the most viral content and emerging trends within the industry.
- Track and document content that receives the highest engagement across different platforms.
3. Source Compilation:
- Develop and maintain a list of 100 key sources to follow, including influential individuals and organizations within the industry.
- Regularly update this list to ensure it includes the most relevant and impactful sources.
4. Database Management:
- Create and manage a comprehensive database documenting the best-performing content.
- Ensure that the database is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
5. Autonomous Work Process:
- Establish a clear process for identifying and documenting viral content.
- Provide initial guidance and expectations, then work independently to execute tasks efficiently.
6. Daily Activities:
- Monitor and review social media feeds, ad libraries, and other sources daily to identify high-engagement content.
- Compile and analyze data to provide insights on what content performs best and why.
7. Networking and Talent Identification:
- Identify and follow highly talented individuals in the industry who consistently produce engaging and viral content.
- Network with these individuals to stay informed about the latest trends and strategies.
Requirements
- 3 + years of experience in the role
- Proficiency in using social media monitoring and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights from large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in social media research, content analysis, or digital marketing.
- Experience working with social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platform
- Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Experience with content management systems and database tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
