This role involves leading a team of Strategic Partner Development Managers, developing business strategies with partners, and acting as a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate will have experience in partner management, sales, and business development within the technology industry, and a proven ability to build and implement sales strategies and manage complex stakeholder relationships. Microsoft aims to position the business as a driving force in GSI and Advisory strategic partnerships transformation.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Science, or an advanced degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) related field
- 10+ years partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry
- 5+ years people management experience
- Experienced in building teams and excelling in every facet of the hiring process
- Proven history of building and implementing sales strategies to manage pipeline and meet sales goals
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
