Microsoft is seeking an Incident Response Engineer, CIRT, to own, troubleshoot, and solve complex customer technical issues. This role focuses on building trust and confidence through seamless support experiences. It's flexible, allowing for 100% remote work. CE&S is responsible for all up services across Microsoft’s portfolio of solutions and products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting, or information technology experience
- 2+ years of Security Incident Response experience
- Minimum 1+ years of Network Security Administration/Systems Administration experience
- Minimum 1+ years of customer facing experience
- 1+ years supporting large and complex geographically distributed enterprise environments
- Cloud experience with any major cloud provider (preferred)
