- Identify and investigate online bad actors with the interest and capability to target Facebook and its users.
- Work closely with others to identify sources of abusive behavior and take countermeasures to stop abuse.
- Lead technical investigations from start-to-finish and effectively communicate actionable results to different audience types.
- Manage multiple projects at once while prioritizing time based on team priorities.
- Telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Physics, Applied Economics, Statistics, or a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
- Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:
- 1. Quantitative Analysis
- 2. Coding in at least one of the following: PHP, Python, or Haskell
- 3. Technical investigations and acting on high-impact threats and online threat actors, and
- 4. Relational databases.
