The primary responsibilities of the CT&M Delivery Enablement Coordinator are to provide day-to-day support of the Global/NAM Delivery Enablement team and partner with Delivery Enablement Leaders and Product Management/Marketing to ensure LHH's delivery practices and skills remain relevant and aligned with LHH methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, learning and development, or sales/delivery enablement roles
  • Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment preferred
  • Experience with credentialing programs or professional development initiatives
