As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the integration of AI capabilities into our core product and leading system design and execution. You will also contribute hands-on code for large-scale, complex backend systems and shape technical governance to ensure consistency, scalability, and future-readiness.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong in Python, Java, or TypeScript
- Experience across some combination of Vue, React, Flask, and Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, or agentic AI in production
- Full-stack fluency valued — deep backend with working frontend knowledge
- AWS primary; GCP familiarity a plus
- Comfortable across relational and NoSQL databases
- Product Shop Background: Built and owned software in a product company
- Influence: The kind of engineer others seek out — trusted for technical judgement
- Communication: Can translate complex technical concepts clearly
