As an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist, the purpose is to improve the online shopping experience and boost sales using smart strategies.
Key responsibilities:
🧾 Data Analysis and Experimentation: They're looking for someone with a keen interest in analysing data to understand customer behaviours and market trends. Your role involves using this data to conduct experiments and take actions that boost sales and enhance the overall customer experience.
📑 Conversion Optimisation: You should have intermediate to advanced skills in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). This means using strategies and tactics to increase the percentage of visitors to a website who take desired actions, such as making a purchase or signing up for a newsletter.
📊 Understanding of CAC/CLV Dynamics: A deep understanding of Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) is crucial.
