What you will be doing:
- Ensuring data integrity standards are maintained for opportunities in stages from ‘quote to close.’
- Work with Finance, Accounting, and RevOps to ensure our quota is both accurate and consistent between Salesforce and our backend financial system.
- Be accountable for flawless execution of Opportunity/Quote creation from our acquired company into Instructure’s Salesforce instance.
- Meet established SLAs for entering and auditing deals while ensuring proper process, paperwork, and other required information is followed and is accurate.
- Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline systems and processes (e.g., bugs and gaps) and work with Deal Desk management to have them fixed.
Here’s what you will need to know/have:
- Undergraduate Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relative field experience.
- Some experience working in Operations.
- Preferred related experience in a SaaS or high-tech company.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Effective communication and people skills.
