What You'll Do
- Salesforce administration and customizations, including, but not limited to: user management, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards, and reports in Lightning UI
- Design and implement Service Cloud solutions to enhance customer support processes
- Administer and provide support for CRM-integrated business applications including, but not limited to: Outreach, Chilipiper, Drift, Gong, Seismic, Zapier, and CLMs
- Work cross functionally across revenue teams and management to coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests
- Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
- Complete regular internal system audits
- Improve data quality and management specifically relating to deduplication
- Stay current with the newest Salesforce releases and enhancements, always looking for opportunities to continuously optimize and improve Salesforce and related business processes for our users and systems
- Use Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices effectively, ensuring organized, efficient, and high-quality Salesforce deployments and updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- SFDC Administrator certification required
- Very quick learner and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Works well under pressure, with ruthless prioritization
- Demonstrated clear-communication across differing user groups and roles (technical and non-technical)
- Experience integrating third-party systems with Salesforce
- Familiarity with Agile development practices
- Can operate with a high degree of autonomy in a remote work environment with remote teams
Nice To Have
- General knowledge of the Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support and/or Marketing environments in relation to CRM strategies
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certifications
- Experience with Jira and Gearset, or comparable tools for change management and SDLC
