Insight is seeking a talented CLM Application Architect who is looking to work in a collaborative environment. This individual will be a valued member of a team that delivers CLM solutions that support all of Insight’s numerous Contracts and Legal agreement types, and makes the Insight teammate experience more enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
A broad knowledge of the DocuSign CLM & AI platform is required as you will be working in discrete design details as the development team works on solution design.
- 40% - Design and documentation of solutions to meet business requirements.
- 30% - Customer and Teammate engagement including supporting application admins during regular sprint activities.
- 20% - Research and recommendation of solutions based on business requirements.
- 10% - Development, testing and deployment of customizations and applications within CLM/AI and integrated into other Insight applications as needed (CRM, CPQ, SAP, PSA, Service Now, PowerBI.)
What you'll need to succeed
- 6+ Years’ Experience with DocuSign CLM & AI administration and development.
- 4+ Years Advanced experience in workflow building or related application development.
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology or Business.
- Foundation in Design documentation that speaks to technical and business audiences.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience with DocuSign CLM & AI APIs.
- Experience with enterprise Lead to Cash lifecycle applications and best practices.
- DocuSign CLM Administrator Certification.
- DocuSign CLM Workflow Developer Certification.
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude; ability to adapt with the team.
