Hybr1d was founded in August 2022 by a team of serial entrepreneurs: Yoan Kamalski, Pauline Wetzer, and Aditya Anand. These founders had firsthand experience with traditional HRIS platforms that offered little to no integration with IT systems. Recognizing a significant market need, they embarked on a mission to eliminate administrative headaches from business systems by creating a unified platform. This platform would provide the necessary infrastructure to give companies visibility on employees, support global talent management, and streamline IT administration.

The vision for Hybr1d was to create a full-suite solution for businesses of all sizes to streamline their IT and HR processes. This includes everything from onboarding, procurement, and managing devices globally to leave and attendance management, and employee off-boarding. The platform was designed to serve as a sturdy foundation for organizations to cut down on expenses, boost productivity, make data-driven decisions, and harness the potential of AI. An innovative feature of Hybr1d is its command bot, which automates a wide array of IT and HR administrative tasks, saving businesses hundreds of hours weekly and freeing up valuable time for more strategic work. Since its inception, Hybr1d has aimed to be a driving force behind the success of modern, high-growth businesses by enabling them to achieve remarkable cost savings, with some clients reducing annual operational expenses by up to 30 percent. In June 2023, Hybr1d announced the completion of a $3.2 million pre-seed funding round from notable investors including Global Founders Capital, MS&AD, 468 Capital, and 1982 Ventures. This investment was earmarked to supercharge technology development, recruit talent across all functions, and expand its reach across Europe, Asia Pacific (APAC), and the Middle East regions.
