As a Senior Product Manager at Hubtype, you'll have the exciting opportunity to work directly with our visionary CTO, shaping the future of customer engagement technology.

What you'll do

Your main responsibility will be to maximize the value that Hubtype can deliver to its customers. You'll work closely with UX and Data Scientists to discover our customer's top problems and you'll run experiments to find the right solutions. You'll also work closely with the founders to define the product vision and strategy, in order to ensure the top business goals are met (we work with frameworks like North Star, OKRs, and GIST). You'll gather feedback from the market and communicate (both internally and externally) the vision and roadmap of the product by collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You'll directly manage UX and Data teams and will be involved in hiring, training, and mentoring more junior teammates.

Responsibilities:

  • Product strategy and vision: Define and drive the product strategy and vision for our Conversational Experience Platform, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Collaboration with CTO: Work closely with our visionary CTO to shape the product roadmap, leveraging their expertise and guidance to make impactful decisions.
  • Agile product development: Lead cross-functional teams through the Agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
  • Customer-centric approach: Deeply understand our B2B Enterprise customers, their pain points, and use that knowledge to deliver innovative solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Market analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for differentiation.
  • Product roadmap and prioritization: Develop and communicate a compelling product roadmap, making data-driven decisions on feature prioritization to drive customer value and business impact.
  • Collaboration and communication: Foster strong collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • User experience focus: Advocate for exceptional user experiences, leveraging user research, feedback, and data analytics to drive continuous improvements.
  • Product launches: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to successfully launch new features and drive adoption in the B2B Enterprise market.

Requirements

We are looking for someone able to work cross-functionally with our teams and help us in our mission to create better business-consumer relationships by embracing simple, meaningful and customer-centric communication.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or Enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex products, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong background in Conversational AI, chatbot technologies, or customer experience management is highly desired.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product plans.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset, with proficiency in leveraging analytics to drive product improvements.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, embracing challenges and driving innovation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
