We are searching for a driven and results-oriented Senior Web Analyst to increase the quality of our products by better utilising web analytics in all shapes and forms. Using your skills and experience, you will play an essential role in the development and improvement of our digital products. In this role you will report to the Head of Growth.

What you will do

• You will own all the web analytics within the company: from maintaining the tech stack to correctly tagging and collecting events to helping different stakeholders run tests and make decisions;
• Setup and maintain tagging and analytics across our digital products, primarily using our analytics stack (GTM, Google Analytics, StatSig, etc). Feel free to switch to change tech stack if there is a need;
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to identify tracking/reporting requirements and provide analytical support;
• Help marketers with the A/B tests: from the test design to the set up to the monitoring to the results analysis;
• Lead efforts in maintaining and improving data collection and integrity by auditing all platforms used within the organization and ensuring consistency across them;
• Work toward real-time reporting to catch problems as they occur and drive corrective actions;
• Proactively analyze user behaviour, look for patterns and identify issues which might negatively affect user experience, conversion rate, etc.;
• Develop and maintain ongoing reports/dashboards as well as ad hoc analyses.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working as a web/product analyst;
• Great knowledge of statistical analysis and principles;
• A lot of experience with A/B tests: from the test design to test set up to post-test analysis;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL;
• Advanced knowledge of AB testing / web analytics tools like Google Analytics, StatSig, Heap, Amplitude, MixPanel or similar;
• Understanding of how to communicate with marketing / product managers and business stakeholders;
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing;
• Optional knowledge of Python/R.
