Job Description
Hirevue is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will independently manage implementations for small to mid-sized corporate clients, configuring our platform to meet specific recruitment needs. You'll be expected to take full ownership of these projects while also having opportunities to contribute to larger enterprise implementations alongside project managers. With initial guidance and ongoing support from the team, you'll apply and develop your expertise in solution design, configuration, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption and deliver maximum value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Project Management
Independently manage the full implementation lifecycle for small to mid-sized clients
Contribute to larger enterprise implementations as part of an implementation team
Configure platform according to client requirements whilst following best practices
Design and run interactive workshops that help clients reimagine their recruitment workflows
Thoroughly test all configurations to ensure seamless functionality
Create and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to different audiences (HR teams, hiring managers, etc.)
Develop and execute project plans whilst keeping everything on track and on time
Identify potential issues before they become problems
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular stakeholder updates
Client & Team Collaboration
Work with sales during handovers to ensure understanding of client expectations
Build trusted relationships with clients as their go-to expert
Guide clients through process changes, helping them adapt to the new technology
Train diverse stakeholder groups on system functionality and recruitment best practices
Design and implement strategies that promote user adoption
Provide post-implementation support to ensure clients are comfortable with the new system
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams
Serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in SaaS implementations, recruitment technology, or related fields
Experience managing client-facing projects independently from start to finish
Skills in process mapping and workflow design (tools like Lucidchart)
Ability to make technical training engaging and accessible to different audiences
Solid project management skills to handle several implementations simultaneously
Strong communication style that makes complex concepts easy to understand
Technical aptitude and quick learning of new software systems
Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Genuine interest in helping clients succeed
Preferred understanding of recruiting processes and talent acquisition workflows, experience with HR Tech or recruitment platforms, background in client-facing implementation or consulting roles, experience in fast-paced software environments and knowledge of project management principles.

This position is a work-from-home role. The individual in this role must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions, where they can attend virtual video meetings.
