As a Partner Manager, you will build, scale, and monetize our partner ecosystem from scratch, responsible for building a partner network of 50+ strategic partners and driving meaningful ARR through partner channels.
Requirements
- Build and manage a partner network of 50+ strategic partners from scratch
- Drive meaningful ARR through partner channels and co-selling motions
- Enable partners with the tools, training, and resources they need to successfully sell and implement Hardal
- Move fast and close deals — no bureaucracy, no dragging processes, just action and results
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners across agencies, system integrators, and complementary martech vendors
- Develop partner programs, incentive structures, and co-marketing initiatives
- Track partner performance metrics and optimize the ecosystem for maximum revenue impact
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a seamless partner experience
