Summary
Our Business Technology team is looking for a Product Manager / Business Analyst who will partner with our Biz Tech Team and Business Partners for defining technical requirements and acceptance criteria, facilitating communication between the technical team and the business stakeholders, Running Agile planning meeting, Testing solution to ensure they meet the requirement, demoing solutions, communicating team status, and facilitating requirement modeling sessions.We have a work environment that encourages individual initiative, experiments with new insights for continuous improvement, and lets outstanding people do phenomenal work by minimizing the hassles of hierarchy and bureaucracy. You must be a self-starter and able to perform with minimal direction while working and collaborating efficiently with developers and product managers.

We’re excited to expand in Guadalajara with a hybrid work model that combines remote flexibility and intentional in-person connection. As the local team grows, we plan to establish a shared workspace—such as a WeWork or Regus-style facility—in a central location to support collaboration, community, and productivity.
In the meantime, team members will work remotely and gather periodically for social events, volunteer opportunities, team-building, and professional development. Candidates should have reliable access to transportation—public or personal—to central and/or Midtown Guadalajara, as occasional in-person meetups will be expected.
Once the shared workspace is in place, in-office presence may range from 1 to 3 days per week, depending on team and business needs."
Job Description
This position is remote to start, but we intend to have an office location for 1-3 days at an office location. All potential candidates MUST live in Guadalajara, Mexico area.
What will I be doing?
Lead requirements gathering sessions with the customers, translate business requirements into functional specifications
Lead and facilitate agile scrum meetings with business partners and development team to plan and deliver solution
Document business rules, process flows, configuration requirements, data mappings, and layouts for forms and letters
Communicate clearly and efficiently as well as influence outcomes
Understand the needs of multiple partners by identifying the current and future state business processes
Provide advice and recommendations to the product team for aligning business requirements to base product functionality
Work with developers to ensure their design and implementations meet the business requirements
Give a business-oriented validation for User Stories and UX design
Collaborate with various multi-functional teams in an Agile way such as Product Managers, Business Owners, Engineering, etc
Collaborate Test plan creation to assure quality of the products we deliver
Execute planned and unplanned manual test cases to ensure deliverables meet our business and system requirements
Desired Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification, and management practices and the ability to apply them
3-5+ years of Salesforce platform implementations in enterprise solutions
Salesforce.com Administrator certification is a plus
Configuration knowledge / experience with any salesforce cloud products
Working experience of CPQ systems including Quoting and Order management
Salesforce CPQ experience is highly preferred
Experience using Jira tool for project management
