What's ThreeFlow?
The team at ThreeFlow has experienced the industry's biggest pain points firsthand. Buying, selling, and managing insurance are bogged down by administrative complexity and antiquated processes. Without meaningful collaboration, people are busy but not productive. This productivity gap may be (somewhat) manageable as a one-time occurrence, but more than $150B of employee benefit insurance is placed each year in the mid-to-large market using manual, error-prone workflows and low-tech solutions.
Launched in 2015 as WatchTower, ThreeFlow is the first Benefits Placement System, a new category of enterprise software that allows benefits brokers and insurance carriers to manage the entire placement process in one shared system. Our name represents our mission of designing technology that leads to better decisions. We connect people, systems, and information to create more effective and efficient workflows between carriers, brokers, and their employer clients.
