United States onlyGranicus is hiring an Implementation Associate for the customer engagement arm of Granicus’s govService Host Compliance product family. This position is a integral member of the Implementation Services and Customer Experience (Support and Success) team, and is responsible for helping our government customers transform their citizen experience.
The primary focus of this position is the address verification, identification and quality control regarding the registration of short term rental properties for our Host Compliance platform. Additionally, this position provides operational support towards the implementation and deep adoption of the Host Compliance software platform for our government customer base. To be successful in this role you need to be customer-centric, detail-oriented and data-savvy.

What your impact will look like here:
- Analyze online advertisements for vacation rental properties
- Gain a deep understanding of parcel and assessor data
- Ensure consistent quality of our client’s data
- Gain competency in and specialization within the full suite of processes and tools utilized by the team to deliver high quality services and products
- Support Implementation Services, Customer Experience, and Technical teams to troubleshoot issues and problems that customers and/or other team members are having with our systems or product
- Contribute to continuous process improvements within the team
- Documentation – assist with the creation and maintenance of our internal knowledge base
- Perform other assigned duties as needed

- Valid Amazon Mechanical Turk account
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets – can analyze and manipulate large data sets
- Interest in maps and physical/cultural geography
- Experience with web mapping platforms such as Google Maps and Bing Maps
- Experience working or familiarity with bug tracking systems; Jira is a plus
- Experience working or familiarity with customer relationship management tools; Salesforce is a plus
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy – in thinking and execution
- Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal, and written
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team, some remote
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
- Enthusiasm for expanding knowledge and skills, and the ability to do so quickly
