Healthcare benefits
We contribute up to 90% of the premiums for our core health and wellness benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Employees have the option to contribute to an HSA too. Our excellent plans were selected based on employee feedback regarding the level and quality of coverage desired.
Paid parental leave
Just because the United States is woefully behind in terms of paid parental leave doesn’t mean we have to be. We offer six weeks of leave for new parents paid at 100% of the employee’s regular salary. If you’re a new parent, we want you to take some time off without worrying about money, so you can focus on your new little love.

Your team members will be here to fill in the gaps while you take a much-deserved break. If you’re ill, we want you to rest at home until you feel well. To this end, we offer unlimited paid sick leave.
