Requirements
- Strong experience as a Database Engineer or DBA in mission-critical corporate environments
- Solid knowledge in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Cloud Spanner, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Firestore and AlloyDB
- Experience in large-scale database migration projects
- Proficiency in advanced SQL, data modeling and performance tuning
- Knowledge of migration tools such as Database Migration Service (DMS), HarbourBridge, Datastream and Dataflow
- Experience with Python or Java for automation and data pipeline integration
- Experience with distributed, scalable, and resilient environments
- Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code applied to databases
- Behavioral description of someone who loves to work in a team, is brave to challenge, has problem-solving skills, and is comfortable working independently.
