We are looking for an experienced and energetic Enterprise Account Manager to join a dynamic and high performing diverse team of dedicated sales professionals and experienced technical account managers.This is a commissioned sales position based at Mumbai/ Pune. This Enterprise Account Manager will be focused on driving Intel's business and raising our relevance across large Enterprise Accounts. The successful candidate should have ability to engage and build deep relationship with customer executive leadership team, technical decision makers industry influencers. Should be able to summarize customer business and IT challenges with his/her deep industry knowledge and market insights. Position Intel as a Trusted Advisor and technology thought leader in solving challenging business problems through innovative application of technology based on Intel solutions in various areas including Enterprise IT, Cloud Computing, Data Centers, AI and Analytics and end-user computing. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic engagements with these marquee Enterprise accounts and will work closely with other Intel's Business Units to deliver successful business outcomes for the region.
Responsibilities will include:
�Leading the adoption and sale of Intel products and solutions in targeted customers.
�Providing executive presence and thought leadership within targeted accounts, build deep relationships with senior customer executives and ecosystem partners
�Exploring innovative business and technology opportunities within covered accounts by helping customers solving their problems through the deployment of Intel-based products and solutions
�Acting as the segment voice back to Intel to ensure our strategies and solutions are designed to tackle the industry's major business problems and opportunities.
�Strong collaborative approach and ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross teams in country and globally.
Qualifications:
�The successful candidate will be expected to have a proven track record in Industry Sales, Partner and End-Customer sales as well as managing activities to drive customer alignment with corporate strategies along with the following skills and experience:�Sales, consultants, or Business development with minimum 8-12 years' experience in leading IT companies, OEM(s), System Integrators, consulting firm or SI/ISV and a successful track record delivering business results.
�Strong communication and executive relationship management skills.
�Excellent presentation skills/experience representing Intel in front of external audiences
�Track record of success applying a consultative selling approach to understand customer challenges with the ability to envision and deliver next-generation technology solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
�Experience in developing new businesses and business models within strategic accounts, managing large government projects, working with local business partners, and integrating across the full ICT ecosystem.
�Understanding of the sales pipeline with all variables and interdependencies.
�Ability to think strategically and inspire internal and external stakeholders
�Account management and customer executive handling skills required.
�Willingness to travel frequently, flexibility, and can-do spirit.
�Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
�Bachelor's degree in relevant technical or business field. Master's is a plus
