Job Description:
As part of Intel's 3D architecture team, you'll be working on cutting-edge developments in the graphics space. Your job will include the development and analysis of new blocks, improvements to existing blocks, as well as corresponding API definitions. You'll be analyzing existing applications, writing simulations as needed to prototype solutions, and evaluate the result to provide architectural proposals and specifications to the hardware team.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
Master's degree in computer science or related field
Hands-on experience with graphics APIs
Hands-on experience on forward-looking analysis (i.e. working on emulators/simulators, traces, etc.)
Strong analytical background - experience with automated data gathering, analysis and processing
Preferred:
Ph.D. or equivalent
Experience in GPU performance analysis and architecture/system level understanding
Python experience
Development and maintenance of large software projects over multiple years (i.e. testing, release management, documentation, coding standards, code reviews, etc.)
