Join Five9, a leading provider of cloud contact center software, in bringing joy to customer experience. As a Senior Certinia PSA Cloud Developer, you will be the technical owner and primary hands-on developer for our mission-critical Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Customer Success solutions built on Salesforce and Certinia (FinancialForce).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Science, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years of progressive experience on the Salesforce platform as Senior Consultant, or Senior Developer roles.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Certinia (FinancialForce) experience, focused on PS Cloud (PSA); Customer Success experience strongly preferred.
  • PSA System Administration certification is required.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required.
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments is preferred.
  • PSA implementation experience is preferred.
