Senior Designer (pre-sale)

ETEAM is a seasoned digital product agency specializing in transformative growth for different types of businesses, from VC-backed startups to the largest company in the world, for the last decade.

On behalf of our future client, ETEAM is looking for a Senior Designer on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of visual assets across various platforms and mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including marketing, product, and development teams, to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Translate complex ideas and concepts into clear, engaging visual designs that effectively communicate key messages and brand identity.
• Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance on design principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve skills and capabilities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
• Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as needed.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, design systems, and other visual assets to ensure consistency and coherence across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums and platforms.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Upper-intermediate written and spoken English.
