Senior Java developer (Pre-Sale)

On behalf of our future client, ETEAM is looking for a Senior Java developer on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, technical specifications, and architecture.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and support to foster their growth and development.
• Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and debugging to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools to drive innovation and improve development processes.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems to support business requirements.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and decision-making processes to drive technical excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer or similar leadership role.
• Expertise in Java programming language, including advanced topics such as multithreading, concurrency, and memory management.
• Strong understanding of Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring, Hibernate, JPA, and JUnit.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Upper-intermediate written and spoken English.
