We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As one of our Senior Ruby on Rails Engineers, you'll be accountable for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our platform. You will lead initiatives to design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure and systems, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Software Development
  • Proficiency in Ruby programming language and Ruby frameworks such as Rails or Sinatra
  • Proven experience implementing, maintaining and deploying full-stack web technologies
  • Strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology
  • Good verbal and written English skills
