Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software development with hands-on exposure to both backend and frontend
- Proficient in at least one backend programming language (e.g. Ruby, TypeScript, Java, Python, Golang, etc.)
- Strong fundamentals in JavaScript / TypeScript and React for frontend development
- Willing and able to learn and work with Ruby (our main stack) in a production environment
- Experience building and integrating server-side APIs
- Solid understanding of testing, CI/CD, and Agile development practices
- Comfortable communicating in English in a global, remote-first environment
