Company Description

Welcome to the good side of tech 👋

You might have heard about us, but with a different name: Doctoralia. It all started 12 years ago, when we asked ourselves: is anyone in healthcare thinking about patients? We jumped in and we empowered patients by giving them access to leave and read reviews about their visit. We then provided doctors with the technology to manage bookings easily and save time, so they could devote themselves to what they always wanted: treating patients. And today is the day in which we ask you: wanna join us in the next step of making the healthcare experience more human?

Docplanner at scale

We are leaders in 13 countries so far, and more than 100 million patients trust us every month. almost 300.000 specialists believe in us and our product, and so do leading venture capital funds such as Point Nine Capital, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and One Peak Partners. And yet, employing over 2.700 people all over the globe, we managed to keep the startup mindset we started with over 10 years ago.

How does Docplanner Tech fit here?

At Docplanner Tech we are a diverse group of almost 400 people working in Engineering, Data, and Product teams. We are responsible for building the product for all locations. Many of us have been here for over 5 years, yet we still welcome each new person with great joy and excitement.

We could tell you about us, but we will let our reviews on Glassdoor speak for themselves. In case you’d like to see how it feels to be 100% yourself at work, here’s a video of us.

And why should you join us?

Because it feels good to tell your family and your friends how you made the world a little bit better. You go to bed knowing that what you do matters, and that your talents align with your beliefs.

We want to make the healthcare experience more human, and that starts with you being you. We believe that taking the diversity of human experience into account makes a better healthcare experience for all . We’re not just different: we embrace diversity. We will encourage you to come to work your whole self, and that includes not coming to the office at all if you prefer not to, as we're 100% remote-friendly.

  • Manipulate and transform large data sets to bring new insights and perform root-cause analysis.

  • Effectively communicate and present findings, insights, and recommendations to various stakeholders and a wider audience.

  • Strategy: Help shape our product strategy with data-driven insights, defining our main metrics and customer journeys.

  • Work closely with Data Engineering to maintain and improve data sources used in some of our main dashboards.

  • Ensure the visibility of customer interactions by defining specs for software instrumentation and provide access to enable your stakeholders to take decisions based on product usage and interactions.

  • Analyze funnels and Conversion rates, and validate hypotheses by taking the lead on experiments and A/B Tests.

  • You like to describe the world with number systems.

  • You have an excellent understanding of statistics.

We want patients to find the perfect doctor and book an appointment in the most easy way. The patient journey should be enjoyable, and that's why we are always next to them: to help them find the best possible care. Anytime, anywhere.

We also help doctors to better manage their practice and build their online reputation. With our integrated end-to-end solution, doctors are able not only to improve their online presence, but also to devote their time to what really matters: their patients.

Our Values

  • Leave your comfort zone: There were a handful of us when we started. Now there are over 2800 of us on 4 continents. We learn and grow so the company can.

  • Focus on results, not tasks: Just because you are doing a lot, does not mean that you get a lot done. We do a lot of work that makes sense, measure our impact, reach goals.

  • Give feedback now, directly: We know very few mind readers. None actually. We don’t read the minds of our users. We A/B test. We don’t read the minds of each other. We ask for and give feedback.

  • Keep it simple: Right.

  • Do what you love <3 Alright, we work for the money. But once that is out of the way, why do you do what you do? We believe if you don’t see meaning in what you do, you should stop right now.

  • Hustle, hit, never quit: We’ve been through many highs and lows. Both in business and as a team. We are lucky to have a “losing sucks” syndrome. Which we call “hustle, hit, never quit.” And yes, Nike is better at PR with this one.
