Job Description
The Global Performance Marketing Manager - B2B will be responsible for paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant upcoming channels such as TikTok) that drive our B2B growth in our mission to help people live longer, healthier lives. You will strengthen our paid marketing team with your deep expertise in paid ads channels and your ability to think analytically and creatively.
How will you make an impact?
- Be the global subject matter expert and owner for paid advertising in lead generation at Docplanner (Google Ads and paid social)
- Make sure we are generating the highest possible volume of leads from paid marketing channels while ensuring lead quality and staying within budget and CPA goals
- Serve as strategic advisor and mentor for more junior paid marketers on all matters related to paid ads
- Forecast, set, and monitor pacing for the channel budgets in consultation with local marketers to ensure all stakeholders have an overview of spending
- Develop new hypotheses for how to improve paid advertising approach and work with paid marketing specialists across local teams to implement tests based on them
- Together with stakeholders from marketing operations, lead generation, and marketing analytics, regularly analyse performance of paid marketing campaigns and recommend improvements to campaigns based on insights generated
- Support junior paid marketing specialists in their skill and knowledge development while not being afraid to “get your hands dirty” and help out with day-to-day work when needed
- Proactively bring solutions to improve processes and workflows as budgets and the organisation grow
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Paid Marketing to document and improve processes
Qualifications
What will help you thrive?
- 4+ years of direct campaign management experience in paid search and paid social ad platforms, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads. LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and other platform knowledge is a plus
- You’re familiar with modern targeting strategies and automation in the ad platforms but you haven’t forgotten tried and true techniques for ad optimization
- You understand the power of visual ads to drive campaign results and you can brief teams to get the creatives that you need. If you love being in front of a camera to film video ads: even better!
- Ideally you have worked in a lead generation role before. Bonus if in the SaaS space.
- Excellent analytical skills & spreadsheet skills. You know your way around the online marketing ecosystem and the most important tools.
- Experience using Smart Bidding strategies and optimising toward clear targets such as CPA and CPL
- Strong project management skills with ability to work cross functionally, manage, implement and analyse various initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to consolidate and analyse data from multiple sources
- Strong level of business English and secondary language amongst the following would be a plus: Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish
- Preferred but not required: you have had your first people management experience
Location: ideally based in Barcelona or Warsaw.
