Deputy is a global SaaS workforce management company looking for a Lead Product Manager to oversee US product and enterprise priorities, translating market signals into a roadmap that can be executed by engineering and design. The role involves owning end-to-end strategy and roadmap, leading product ownership of strategic US enterprise programs, and partnering with sales, CS, and solutions teams.

Requirements

Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for US enterprise product priorities
Lead product ownership of strategic US enterprise programs
Embed across squads as the senior US product partner
Convert regulatory changes, customer feedback, competitive moves, and partner dynamics into clear product implications
Partner with Sales, CS, and Solutions as the definitive internal voice on what we can do today, should commit to, and belongs on the roadmap
