Founded in 2018, Crescendo is a women-owned and Black-owned company dedicated to supporting you in scaling DEI at your organization. Our founders have personally experienced what happens when bias and discrimination reign in a work environment, and they started Crescendo to help companies proactively create environments that are inclusive, healthy, and equitable for all.
