Join CoverGo as a Lead Full Stack Engineer and drive the technical vision, strategy, and execution of our enterprise-grade insurance platform. You will lead a team of engineers, mentor peers, and champion the integration of AI-driven capabilities to push the boundaries of insurance technology.

Requirements

Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of our SaaS platform
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Full Stack Engineers
Define and drive the technical strategy for AI integration
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Drive architectural decisions and establish coding standards and best practices
Conduct thorough code reviews, enforce quality standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Champion security and compliance initiatives
