At Clipboard Health (YC W17) we work with healthcare facilities such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, and rehab centers to provide on-demand nursing staff. We are a fully remote company of 100+. We are looking for an experienced product designer to join our product and engineering team. In this role you will be living and breathing our product; you’ll be using your user flow and visual design as well as user experience skills to define how our product looks and feels, how each piece interacts with each other, and how to create a magical customer experience.
Your responsibilities:
- Own the product design of our products
- Break down complex ideas into simple, elegant and user-centric solutions
- Own our brand imaging and messaging
- Create intuitive, seamless and delightful experiences for our customers
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Design or related field
- 5+ years experience working in a design role
- Experience with Graphic Design tools (Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, Sketch)
- Ability to be self-directed, self-motivated, organized and disciplined
- Flexible and agile
- Strong understanding of mobile + web best practices
