Paid parental leave
Twelve (12) paid weeks for all parents, whether biological or adoptive, after a child is born or placed with the parent(s) to bond with and/or care for the child
Unlimited time off
CareerPlug's Unlimited PTO policy allows employees to take as many days off as they need, providing they comply with a 2-week notice policy and get manager approval.
Retirement benefits
CareerPlug's 401(K) retirement plan matches 100% up to 3% of compensation, then 50% of the next 2% of compensation. All employer match contributions are immediately vested.
Company retreats
CareerPlug has quarterly paid team outings, as well as all company team events and parties a few times a year: including our holiday part and our company birthday party, "The Pluggies".
Learning and development budget
CareerPlug provides frequent in-house training for employees, including our bi-annual Leadership Development Program. We also have training budget for employees to pursue external opportunities.

CareerPlug offers two health insurance plans where we pay 100% of Employee Individual Premiums and 50% of Dependent Premiums. We also contribute to Health Savings Accounts -no employee match required!
