WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

At Boldr, the sales team serves as a trusted advisor for our prospect. As an Account Exec on the sales team, you will work with prospects through the entire buying process, from initial evaluation (discovery) to solution design to close. You will be selling to mid-market companies and a large part of this role will be solutions selling and therefore, curiosity + creativity, while following a defined sales methodology is important.

You will be hunting new logos and will be the primary point of contact until client onboarding when you will hand off to our Account Management team. Quite simply, you’ll have the opportunity to impact businesses in a big way on a daily basis.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Hunt new logos; primarily selling to mid market companies.
  • Be responsible for new logo growth
  • Own the entire sales process from discovery through to onboarding. This includes, but not limited to, getting the meeting, running the discovery, solution design, building a proposal and negotiating the proposals and pricing all the way through to closing.
  • You provide an excellent experience with a positive attitude to every client, on every occasion.
  • Most of your time will be spent positioning the value of our service with stakeholders through consultations via email and video calls. There’s a reason we call you a trusted advisor-- this is less about the hard sell and more about having the service knowledge, passion and people skills to help the prospect make the best decision for their needs.
  • Effectively manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities so that you can consistently drive revenue for the company and strong ROI for our customers.
  • Become an expert in assessing the use case of the prospect and customizing your presentation based on the prospects company size, industry and desired customer experience.
  • Proactively report on learnings and valuable feedback to the service team so that we can improve the offering and prioritize the right projects.
  • A deep knowledge on our always evolving offerings and understand the nuances of how it can be used so that you’re able to support prospects accordingly.
  • Responsible for hitting sales metrics of success as well as providing timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility into revenue performance.
  • You have a strong interest in learning new ideas, processes, and unique requirements and you’re willing to share it within the organization.
  • You’re exceptionally responsive to your client’s requests, and ability to prioritize competing priorities well. You’ve got heart and passion for our customers and the ability to exude client satisfaction.

WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU

YOU ARE…

  • A strong sales person with experience in complex sales with multiple stakeholders - you are not a transactional sales rep.
  • Experienced with gaining new Logos.
  • Accountable, highly collaborative and can work cross-functionally with autonomy and creativity.
  • Experienced in selling to and collaborating with executive decision makers.
  • Familiar with selling to USA based culture / executives.
  • Experienced selling into the MidMarket.
  • Analytical and a critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of details.
  • Experienced in selling undefined or evolving services (e.g., consulting, AI).
  • Strong with discovery and proposal iteration skills.
  • Comfortable partnering with RevOps and using data to drive deals.
  • Good at building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders, to be seen as a reliable expert on Client Satisfaction, Sales & our Services
  • You are a top performer in an inside/mid-market sales role with 2+ years experience closing net new logos (BPO experience is a bonus but not required).
  • You have a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota.
  • You are in sales because you are self-motivated and driven to succeed. You love winning and helping your clients achieve their goals.
  • You are naturally curious and have a history of learning new things quickly. This is especially important in a remote company, as you won’t always have people nearby that you can talk to and learn from.
  • You are excited to be using consultative sales strategies in a competitive market.
  • As the primary point of contact and a trusted advisor, you’re happy to wear several hats: sales, support, customer success. Over the course of onboarding, you may be supporting any one of them, mobilizing your team mates for support.
  • Above all, you’re an entrepreneur and are excited by the prospect of building your business and hitting your quarterly and annual goals.
